untitled so far

Hello my crafty visitors! :)

So, I really have been trying to use only stash. However, I bought these Fancy Pants papers about a month and a half ago so I guess technically they are new. ;)  I did use some other stuff that IS old stash... some Maya Road kraft doily embelllishements, so stick pins, some buttons, and a couple Charlene's Button Box handmade buttons in flower shapes. The doilies on the doily print paper are the exact same doily as the paper doily I had in my stash, which I colored with Scattered Straw Distress Stain.

I had the papers in my workbox that went with me to crop yesterday, but I didn't have any pics chosen to go with them. However, I loved the papers so much that I made a layout anyway, hence why this doesn't have a title yet since I don't know what pics will go with it. ;)

DemiCon 36

Greetings!

Here's a layout using up some old Kaiser stash I had, plus some Maya Road chipboard gears, rubons, and Thickers. I apologize about the glare on the photos! It's very annoying to have that. :(   Anyway, this is actually a FOUR page layout! Because I had so many pics I wanted seen and not hidden in flap books. Since I had plenty of this stash, I just went for it. I like to do multiple pages sometimes, for the big events.

I used Picket Fence Distress Stain on the chipboard gears, which I thought turned out very nice. I fussy-cut the robots from the printed papers. Since this event is a Science Fiction convention, it seemed appropriate. :)  I also added our nametags as memorabilia on the last page of the layouts, but I couldn't find my husbands nametag yet so I left space for it to be added later.

Science Museum

Hello again!

Here's another layout from my stash. These papers are from Kaiser. For a while there, the LSS I shopped at carried a lot of Kaiser lines, and I bought them all! I loved Kaiser. I still love Kaiser. I really loved the colors in this line, and they went especially well with the pictures from our visit to my mom in Oklahoma, when we all went to the Science Museum.

I also used Maya Road chipboard gears, a couple rubons, and some letter stickers from two different lines. The blue cardstock gear behind the title was cut on my cricut from the CTMH Artiste cartridge.

The photo on the far left is actually the top photo of an accordian booklet that is attached  to the page. I had too many pictures for the layout but didn't want to leave them out. :)

love it!

Hi everyone!
Here's another layout using only my stash!!!  I used Echo Park's For The Record 2 paper pack.

The photo is one I took on my bus, I thought the clouds were neat looking in the cross-over mirror. :)

I scraplifted this design from erinbassett.com, her layout was a pumpkin patch layout. :)

The only cricut is the yellow paper the picture is on, and the diamond print border which is cut from Elegant Edges.

Most of the embellishments come from the stickers in the paper pack. There's a Charlene's Button Box button in there. :) There are some chipboard gears from Maya Road I believe, that I used some mist on. There are some brads left over from another line of BoBunny papers. I also used another mist-able camera that I think comes from Studio Calico. I didn't realize it till this layout that those little camera parts can be separated so they can be colored differently. So I used black mist on the camera body and "Brushed Pewter" Distress stain on the other parts. Instead of spraying the mist on the camera or the gears, I unscrewed the cap and just let drops fall from the little hose... that made the ink easier to control and made less of a mess.
