Here's a kit I designed for the couple friends who like to buy kits. I used a lot of cricut cartridges for this one.

Party Picks and Pennants for the banners (CCR exclusive cartridge)
Phrases for the words and oval
Unfortunately I can't remember what manufacturer the paper came from! I just know I bought it at the last remaining LSS we have here, Scrapbooking Studio. I also used some lace from my stash.
